All repairs are accepted and priced by a case by case basis that is only assessed when the jewelry is physically reviewed in our studio with our team. We strive for a fully transparent and realistic process of pricing, timeline, and final finished product. Alternatively to submitting a digital repair request, we encourage clients to pop into our studio regular business hours or shoot us a detailed email about your pieces to set up a repair.
