We strive for a fully transparent and realistic process of pricing, timeline, and final finished product. We also work to provide the best quality of repair work possible. Accordingly, please understand all information on this page is a general guideline. Our pricing and timeline may vary based on material pricing and our existing queue. We encourage all clients to read through this page for a general understanding of our timeline and pricing structure.
If clients are concerned about potential change to pricing in the course of the job, we recommend requesting an quote before they submit for repair. This way we can have our tech formally review your job before you receive pricing. Please note that quotes generally take 3 to 5 business days.
All repairs are accepted and priced by on a case by case basis. We do not do any work on costume jewelry or watches. Please see more details to below.
We encourage clients to pop into our studio regular business hours or shoot us a detailed email about your pieces to set up a repair consultation. We generally accept walk-in repairs as well.

We are not responsible for any loose or damaged stones. We will review each piece with you to inform of any possible issues before repairing. We will also share images of your pieces taken at intake, and encourage clients to take their own pictures as well.

At Fitzgerald Jewelry, we take great care with every piece entrusted to us. However, due to the nature of fine, handmade, or vintage jewelry, Fitzgerald Jewelry is not responsible for the loss of stones, damage, or wear that may occur before, during, or after the repair process. By submitting your jewelry for inspection, evaluation, or repair, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
