What are your studio hours?
Our studio is open regularly every day from 12pm to 6pm EST.
On holidays, please double check our Google hours to be certain we are open.
What jewelry do you work with?
We work with fine metals only (14k gold, platinum, palladium, etc.) and do not repair watches or costume jewelry.
Is my repair finished?
We typically always let you know your repair is done through the email you provided upon initial drop off.
If it's been longer than one week from the anticipated completion date, please contact us using the above form.
