Returns & Exchanges

All international, sale, special, resized, and custom orders are final sale.

Purchases (excluding custom orders) can be exchanged for a store credit within 14 days of purchase. Returns are case by case and will be charged 25% restocking fee.

Jewelry must be in the original condition which it was sent out. Jewelry should be returned to us by trackable mail and include a return address as we are not responsible for lost packages.

We will undertake all repairs on a case by case basis. Some fees may be incurred in repair of jewelry.
